Dog Desk is committed to carrying out our responsibilities to the highest possible standards. We believe that we achieve this. However if you feel we are not getting this right please let us know. We always appreciate feedback from supporters.

If you are ever not satisfied with our work you may approach us with a formal complaint which will be taken very seriously & dealt with in a professional manner as quickly as we can.

In the first instance email help@dogdeskanimalaction.com putting Complaint in the email subject. Please may we have your name & contact information, the reason for your complaint & tell us what you found objectionable. Please tell us the date & time of the material you are complaining about where relevant.

We will respond to you within 5 days at most. 

Our supporters are very important to us & we want you to be happy with our work so will strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
