- Makes or implies legal threats as a means of pressure or intimidation
- Attempts to control, dictate, or interfere with organisational decisions
Access to Our Services and Platforms
Where unacceptable conduct has occurred:
- Access to our communication channels (including social media) may be restricted or removed
- We may decline to engage in further communication
- We may refuse adoption applications or other forms of involvement
These decisions are made to protect our team, our work, and the animals in our care.
Finality of Decisions
All decisions relating to communication restrictions, adoption applications, and engagement with the organisation are final.
We are not obliged to enter into further discussion or provide detailed justification once a decision has been made.
