CEO Monthly Report – August 2026
Our August report reflects another busy month spanning direct support for dogs, veterinary care, international advocacy, policy monitoring, research and organisational development.
It includes our work in Türkiye and India, developments tracked through our Global Stray Dog Crisis Map, correspondence with authorities in several countries, practical support including boarding and veterinary care, and the work taking place behind the scenes to strengthen our organisation.
Not everything we do can be captured in a photograph or a social media post. These reports help us document the wider picture — what we did, what we learned and where our attention is going next.

July 2026 CEO Monthly Report
July was another busy and wide ranging month for Dog Desk Animal Action. Alongside continuing veterinary care, food provision, mobility support and sanctuary care in Türkiye, we maintained our international research and advocacy work through government correspondence, the Global Stray Dog Crisis Map and our daily Global Animal Welfare News Bulletin. We continued supporting Holly’s Law and contacted TUI for further information about its stray-animal certification scheme for hotels in Türkiye.
