All images, photographs, graphics, and visual materials published by Dog Desk Animal Action (hereafter “the Organisation”) are the exclusive property of the Organisation unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to images shared on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, campaign materials, and printed publications.
All images are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK). No person or organisation may use, copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, or publish any of our images without prior written consent.
2. Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited without our explicit permission:
- Downloading or saving our images for any purpose.
- Using our images on social media, websites, blogs, or printed media.
- Editing, altering, or adding watermarks or logos to our images.

- Sharing any images of our animals that identify locations, foster homes, volunteers, or veterinary teams.
3. Permissions and Requests

5. Breach of Policy
Unauthorised use of our images will be treated as a breach of copyright. In such cases, we may:

- Seek legal action under UK Copyright Law, which may include compensation and damages.
We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

Every image we share has a purpose. Many come from difficult rescue situations, sensitive locations, or involve vulnerable animals and people. Respect for these images is respect for the animals themselves.
