Helping keep bowls full
Kibble Club was created with a simple purpose: to help make sure vulnerable dogs have the food they need.
For many years, the programme has enabled Dog Desk Animal Action to respond when food is needed, providing practical support to dogs who depend on us.
As our work has developed, so has Kibble Club. The circumstances facing dogs change, and we believe our support should be able to change with them.

Our food support is increasingly becoming community focused, helping us provide food for vulnerable dogs being cared for within the communities where we work.
This is a gradual evolution of Kibble Club rather than a change to the commitment behind it. We continue to provide food where it is needed while adapting the programme to reflect the changing circumstances facing the dogs.
As those circumstances continue to develop, we will keep reviewing how and where our resources can make the greatest difference.
Looking ahead
Over time, we expect community support to become an increasingly important part of our food programme.
We don’t believe in continuing programmes in exactly the same way simply because that is how they have always been done. Our work has to respond to the dogs, the people caring for them and the circumstances in which they live.
That means Kibble Club will continue to evolve alongside our work.
The same commitment
At its heart, Kibble Club has always been about one thing: making sure dogs have food when they need it.
Where that food is needed may change. The way we provide it may evolve. But the commitment behind the programme remains the same.
When dogs need food and we are in a position to help, we will be there.
