Ozzy’s Story
Ozzy arrived to us as a tiny puppy who had survived a devastating fire, her small body covered in severe burns across nearly 40% of her skin. Her carer took her to a local vet, but despite the extent of her injuries, only a topical ointment was applied. Ozzy was on the verge of being discharged while still suffering from widespread, infected burns, a situation she would not have survived.
When she reached us, Ozzy finally received the urgent, intensive care she so desperately needed. Despite the pain, she met every day with quiet courage, proving just how extraordinary her spirit truly is.
